Use ‘log in’, ‘log out’ for these actions. Do not hyphenate.
Do not use ‘sign in’ or ‘sign out’.
Only use ‘Login’ as a noun or adjective.
Examples:
- You need to log in to update your address.
- If you have forgotten your login details - contact us.

Use when asking users to give their information in return for a deliverable.
Example:
